As Wisdom Properties lead designer, Dallas directed a rebrand for the company in 2024. Dallas worked closely with Wisdom’s company owner to bring to life a ownable and elevated brand identity for this luxury real estate brokerage.
The Problem
The old Wisdom properties branding was lacking in identifiability and personality. The simple typography was difficult to identify as a logo and blended in to signage and other marketing materials. Wisdom tasked Dallas with reimagining their logo and branding system in a that felt ownable, bold, and elevated.

The Owl
Wisdom Properties has used imagery of owls for years as their company mascot. It was important to incorporate “the owl” into the new logo mark, nodding to this part of the brands heritage. Dallas developed a new logo mark that could be identifiable and ground the brands logotype – encapsulating a sense of luxury and security.

Art Direction
Wisdom Properties imagery evokes the colors and emotion of San Diego’s most luxurious properties. From the warm tones and organic textures, to local fauna and nods to Spanish architecture, the brands art direction is expressive of the unique qualities of the region.
